Our first step is to appraise all aspects of your sleep environment and routine. What works? What doesn't? What challenges or logistical barriers exist (e.g. work schedules, neighbors, physical space, etc)? We'll need to consider all these factors in developing the best plan for your family.
Step 2: Customize
Next, I'll put together a bespoke plan for you. If any aspects of the plan don't suit your needs or preferences, we'll fine-tune it until it's just right.
Step 3: Secure
One good night's sleep is not the finish line. It's a step toward healthy and sustainable sleep. I'll stick with you all the way, troubleshooting as needed until we're confident that we've reached our goals together.
