Your sleep program will be developed through direct collaboration with Dr. K, a board-certified pediatrician with over 15 years of experience. Out-of-pocket fees for a pediatric specialist of this level typically exceed $500 per hour. Our packages are designed to provide this expert-level insight to your family at a bundled value.
You are not just hiring a coach; you are retaining a pediatric expert for your coaching services.
Infant Sleep Strategy Session $495
60-min virtual coaching session with Dr. K, which includes comprehensive appraisal of sleep environment and routine, and analysis of factors contributing to sleep challenges. Dr. K will share actionable strategies to improve sleep. Does not include customized written sleep plan or follow-up support.

Custom Sleep Plan Package $1,495
- Includes Infant Sleep Strategy Session
- Comprehensive customized written sleep plan
- Follow-up videoconference with Dr. K to review Custom Sleep Plan
- Two weeks of text/email support
- One additional follow-up call following implementation
- Wrap-up call at the end of week 2
Premium Support Package $1,995
- Includes all Custom Sleep Plan services
- Up to four weeks of text/email support
- Up to two additional follow-up calls (additional calls with ancillary caregivers, such as grandparents, nanny/au pair, etc, may be available upon request)
- Wrap-up call
VIP/Concierge Package $2,495-$3,495 (Virtual or In-person)
- Includes all Premium services
- In-home assessment (in-person or virtual, based on location)
- Live in-person or virtual support during one full bedtime routine

A La Carte Services
- Additional one week text/email support $295
- 30-min tune-up video-call (for past clients) $295
- Newborn Ask Me Anything video-call (ideal for ages 0-12 weeks) $495
*Cost of Ask Me Anything call automatically applied toward any future booking
